Practical training for facility employees and Home Care Aides — separate from administrator CEU renewal credit. California facilities and home care organizations must provide role-appropriate training and keep records; ACC's courses help you deliver and document it.

Staff & Home Care Aide Training

Non-CEU training

Training area Audience & focus

Caregivers and facility employees — initial and ongoing training, job-specific instruction, resident safety, dementia care, medication assistance where applicable, resident rights, emergency procedures, infection control, and documentation.

RCFE Staff Training

Direct-care and facility staff — orientation and ongoing training on client needs, personal rights, health and safety, emergency procedures, behavior support, medication assistance where applicable, and documentation.

ARF Staff Training

Registered Home Care Aides and Home Care Organization staff — initial orientation and safety, annual training, client rights, activities of daily living, infection control, elder abuse reporting, and emergency response.

Home Care Aide Training

For facilities and home care organizations training multiple employees — request invoicing or a coordinated training plan.

Group & Employer Training

Each facility or organization remains responsible for matching training to employee duties and current California requirements — ACC courses support, but don't replace, that responsibility.
