Kimberly Geis
More than 30 years of experience in caregiving, senior support, residential care, and home care leadership. Her work grew from caring for her own grandmothers into founding and operating senior-care businesses. At ACC, she brings practical facility, compliance, and caregiver experience into education designed for real-world use.
Mary West
Began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide, later expanding into client care coordination, caregiver support, education, and advocacy. She believes caregiving combines skill, dignity, compassion, and meaningful human connection.
Cyndie Berardino
A Northern California health educator focused on practical, sustainable habits that support energy, resilience, and long-term well-being. Certified in Nutrition Coaching through Precision Nutrition and Functional Nutrition through the Functional Medicine Academy.
A separate nonprofit dedicated to advocacy, recognition, education, and emergency assistance for California caregivers.
